Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State respondent. 2. This is an application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of Page No.# 2/3 bail to the accused petitioner, namely, Sahabuddin Khan, who has been arrested on 05.03.2026. 3. The petitioner herein, Sahabuddin Khan, is hereby seeking regular bail in connection with Dispur P.S. Case No. 122/2026, under Sections 303(2)/3(5) of BNS, 2023. 4. The gist of the allegations of about theft of some property in the nature of copperware, brass materials, etc. The present petitioner is stated to be a scrap dealer and he was arrested during the investigation. 5. Upon calling for the case diary, the learned APP submits that in the meantime, investigation stood completed and has resulted in a charge sheet vide charge-sheet No. 111/2026 dated 31.03.2026. 6. In view of the completion of investigation, the petitioner named above, is hereby allowed to go on bail of Rs. 50,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned learned Court and subject to the following conditions:- (i) The accused/petitioner shall available for the trial, if once commences, (ii) He shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. (iii) He shall not commit any illegal activities or offences. 7. In case of violation of bail conditions, the bail would be liable to be cancelled. 8.
