1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs.

2 / 2 Raipur, Chhattisgarh, and posted as the respondent authorities deems fit. 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to decide the pending representation of the petitioner within stipulated time. 10.3 Any other relief, which may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was initially appointed as Driver on probation for a period of two years, he has completed his probation successfully and as of now he has completed about 7 years in the cadre. Petitioner became eligible for consideration of his name on the post of Assistant Gr. III, however, till date Respondents No. 2 & 4 have not considered claim of petitioner for promotion. Aggrieved with which, petitioner has submitted a representation before Respondents No. 2 & 4, which is pending
consideration and therefore direction be issued to concerned authorities to consider and take decision on the representation of petitioner at the earliest within specific time frame.

Learned counsel for Respondents No. 2 & 4 does not oppose the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner.

On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, this writ petition at this stage is dispose of directing Respondents No. 2 & 4 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 03 months from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this court.
5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is
