Side) submits that the petitioner, while regularly complying with the condition No.8(ix), by reporting before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., has not complied with the condition No.8(v), as he has not filed an affidavit of undertaking along with the sureties before the respondent Police that he will not indulge in any other offence in future. 3. Since the petitioner has not complied with the condition No.8(v), this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
