Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, has confined his argument to the extent of extending the time frame for a further period of four (04) weeks, so as to comply with the Order dated 11.06.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.576 of 2026 on the file of the Court of Principal Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam. 3. On the other hand, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor reported no objection for the same. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a further time of four (04) weeks is granted to the petitioner, to comply with the conditions stipulated in the Order dated 4 11.06.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.576 of 2026, on the file of the Court of Principal Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam. 5. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. 6. Needless to state that all the remaining conditions in the Order dated 11.06.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.576 of 2026 on the file of the Court of Principal Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam shall remain in-tact.
