2. Writ petitioner claims that, there was consensual relationship between the writ petitioner and a person who for the sake of convenience is referred to as victim.
3. Affidavit filed by the private respondents discloses that, the victim is married to a different person.
4. Learned advocate appearing for the writ petitioner submits that, in view of the affidavit filed by the private respondents, the writ petitioner does not want to proceed with the writ petition any further.

5. In such circumstances, WPA (H) 73 of 2026 is dismissed as withdrawn.
