The revisional application has been preferred by the petitioner/plaintiff praying for transfer of Title Suit no. 517 of 2025 from the Court of the learned 1st Civil Judge (Junior Division), Barasat, North 24 Parganas to the Court of the learned 1st Civil Judge (Junior Division), Chandannagore, Hooghly. 3. The petitioner has annexed medical papers which shows that the petitioner is of an advanced age of about 77 years. She has also suffered a road traffic accident and has sustained fractures. 4. Considering the convenience of both the parties, this Court directs that Title 2 2 Suit No. 517 of 2025 be withdrawn from the Court of learned 1st Civil Judge (Junior Division), Barasat, North 24 Parganas and be transferred to the Court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas. 5. Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas, shall proceed with the suit in accordance with law with due notice upon both the parties and also may permit the parties to appear virtually, if prayed for. 6. CO 3130 of 2026 is disposed of. 7. Parties to act on the server copy of this order. 8. Let a copy of this order be sent to the concerned Courts for immediate compliance. (Shampa Dutt (Paul), J.)
