ORAL ORDER
Learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents. 2. Petitioners in this writ petition are assailing the proceedings in case No.LND.RA(S)02/2023-24 under Rule 108K of the Karnataka Land Revenue Rules, 1966 (Annexure-N). 3.
Though the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners contends that, the respondent - Authorities have no jurisdiction to invoke Rule 108K of the Karnataka Land Revenue Rules, 1966 in respect of the subject land as in identical circumstances, this Court has quashed the orders passed by the respondent - Authorities, I am of the view that, in the event, if the petitioners appear before the respondent No.2 and produce the relevant records to the satisfaction of the Authority as to the grant made in favour of them, thereafter the respondent No.2 shall take a decision in the matter, in accordance with law. - 4 -
