Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, on perusal of the impugned order would indicate that, the respondent - Authorities, have rejected the claim made by the petitioners on the ground that, the suit in OS No.615/2012 is pending consideration. In this regard, petitioners have produced the judgment and decree dated 18.09.2025 passed in RSA No.1256/2024, wherein, this Court remitted the matter to the Trial Court for fresh consideration. 3. In that view of the matter, I am of the view that, the parties have to await the judgment and decree that may be passed by the Trial Court. However, it is open for the petitioners to approach the competent Authorities after conclusion of the proceedings in the said suit. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
