Be that as it may, if the petitioner is aggrieved by any inaction, there is a remedy available to the petitioner to approach the Magistrate by filing a private complaint. 5. In that view of the matter, this Court is passing the following: ORDER i. The writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy. ii.
