Matter is heard in terms of order dated 11th September, 2026 when applicant, alleged contemnor nos. 6, 8 and 9 are represented by learned advocates. 2. In the contempt application applicant alleged violation of order dated 1st August, 2024 which is an interim order. Vide said order dated 1st August, 2024 Court directed concerned respondent authorities to release admissible retiral dues and pension to the petitioner within a specified time. Though gratuity is released in terms of order dated 1st August, 2024 but pension still remains unpaid as it is contended on behalf of applicant. 2 3. On behalf of concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE) North 24 Parganas being alleged contemnor no. 9 and headmaster of school wherefrom petitioner retired being alleged contemnor no. 6 it is jointly submitted that applicant till date has not fully refunded employer’s share of provident fund in order to get the benefit of pension. 4. Court vide order dated 1st August, 2024 directed to release admissible retiral dues and pension and if authorities find that employer’s share of provident fund along with interest is not fully paid in that event authorities are at liberty to take decision in terms of said order dated 1st August, 2024. 5. However, this order shall not preclude the applicant to refund employer’s share of provident fund along with interest as per norms, if same is not refunded till date for getting benefit of pension. 6. Contempt application is disposed of and contempt proceeding stands dropped. (Saugata Bhattacharyya, J.)
