A clerical error has occurred in the order dated 12.06.2026, which is supposed to be an order dated 21.09.2026 and the “C.O. No. 2154 of 2023” in place of “C.O. 640 of 2019”. The earlier order is rectified accordingly. 2. Department to incorporate the correction in the original order. 3. The review application is taken up for hearing. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the ESI Court has erroneously directed the petitioners to deposit 30% of the claim amount with the ESI Corporation, which is against the provision of law and 2 also against the judgment in M/s. Biswapita Cold Storage Pvt. Ltd. vs. Employees’ State Insurance Corporation & Ors. 4. It is submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit the said amount by 28th September, 2026 with the ESI Court. Leave as prayed for is granted. 5.
