ORDER The present petition has been filed by the sole accused in S.T.C.No.345 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Sivakasi, seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate to recall Non-Bailable Warrant issued on 25.05.2026.
2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner has not received any summons relating to the date of hearing of the case and therefore, he could not appear. In such circumstances, the present petition has been filed.
3. Considering the above said facts, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court on 09.07.2026 and on such surrender, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Sivakasi, is directed to recall the Non-Bailable Warrant, dated 25.05.2026, on the same day itself.
