Case No. 212 of 2025. The petitioner was apprehended by the police and he was suspected to be involved in cyber crime. Two mobile sets and three ATM cards were recovered from his possession. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no complaint has been lodged by any victim. It has further been submitted that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.10.2025. Learned Spl. P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda in connection with Godda (Town) P.S.
