JUSTICE KARDAK ETE ORDER Date : 06-04-2026 Heard Mr. A. K. Singh, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. S. Tapin, learned Senior Government Advocate for the respondent No. 1 and Mr. T. Tagum, learned Standing Counsel, Education Department for the respondent No. 2. 2. This is an application seeking correction of a typographical error in the judgment and order dated 27.02.2026, passed in WP(C) No. 311(AP)/2025, by correcting the recorded date “19.10.2024” as “09.03.2024”. 3. Mr. Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that in Paragraph 19 of the said judgment and order, the date “19.10.2024” was inadvertently recorded, whereas the correct date ought to have been “09.03.2024.” 4. Having considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties and also considering that the date “19.10.2024” appears to have been recorded inadvertently instead of “09.03.2024” in Paragraph 19 of the judgment and order dated 27.02.2026, I deem it appropriate to allow this application. 5. Accordingly, the date “19.10.2024” recorded in the last line of Paragraph 19 of the judgment and order dated 27.02.2026, passed in WP(C) No. 311(AP)/2025, stands corrected as “09.03.2024.” 6. The interlocutory application is allowed and disposed of. 7. This order shall form part of, and be read along with, the judgment and Page No.# 3/3 order dated 27.02.2026, passed in WP(C) No. 311(AP)/2025. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
