Let affidavit-of-service, as filed in Court, be kept on record. 2. In spite of service, none appears on behalf of the school authorities. 3. The petitioner’s application for transfer on special ground (self medical) made in February, 2026 is still pending. 4. The school is directed to have the medical verification of the petitioner done as expeditiously as possible by the concerned Block Medical Officer of Health (BMOH) by April 30, 2026. If the petitioner’s medical certificate meets the criteria, the respondent no. 10 will issue the requisite ‘No Objection Certificate’ and declaration. 5. The respondent no. 10 is directed to forward the application along with the ‘No Objection Certificate’ by 15.05.2026 to the respondent no. 9 2 who shall accept the same for onward progression of the application in consonance with the applicable Rules and Notifications. 6. Since the ‘Utsashree Portal’ is presently suspended, the respondents will consider the application on offline mode. 7. With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is, thus, disposed of. 8.
