ORDER (Per Court)
1. Pursuant to the lengthy hearing in this Court on 23rd September, 2026, the Learned Additional Government Pleader has tendered a compilation of documents along with a report (12 pages). The same is marked as ‘X’ for identification.
2. The Court is informed that the accused person was taken into custody with the assistance of a medical team comprising of two doctors. Necessary formalities were completed. The accused was arrested at 18.05 hours on 23.09.2026. His mother was informed about the grounds of arrest. A medical check-up was carried out by the medical team, on the spot. The advice of the medical team was taken and the accused was referred to the Medical Officers of Nil Ratan Sircar Medical College & Hospital. Presently he is under observation in the said institute and he is attended to by concerned Medical experts. After getting clearance of the Medical authorities declaring the accused fit, he will be presented before the jurisdictional Chief Judicial Magistrate.
3. We direct the Registry to place the report ‘X’ in a sealed cover, to be preserved in the records of this proceeding.

4. The Learned Advocate for the Appellant submits that the Appeal as well as the Application, may be disposed off in the light of the above.
