The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Giridih (M) P.S. Case No. 19/2025, registered under sections 103(1)/351(2)/61(2) of BNS, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner nos. 1 and 4 are farmers, petitioner no. 2 is a teacher, petitioner no.3 works at cloth shop in Giridih, petitioner no. 5 is a mason, petitioner no.6 is an electrical mechanic and petitioner no. 7 works at Banglore as Mason. He submits that the father of the informant has died due to drowning in the water and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. He ( 2026:JHHC:2434 ) next submits that in identical situation co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 5322 of 2025. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioners may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that petitioners are named in F.I.R. 5. Considering that the petitioner nos. 1 and 4 are farmers, petitioner no. 2 is a teacher, petitioner no.3 works at cloth shop in Giridih, petitioner no. 5 is a mason, petitioner no.6 is an electrical mechanic and petitioner no. 7 works at Banglore as Mason, there are general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and in identical situation co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.A, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the above named, petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of their surrender / arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Giridih, in connection with Giridih (M) P.S.
