The learned Counsel for the Bhatpara municipality submits that there are deviations in the construction in question and for that, the municipal authorities have proceeded against the same in accordance with law. 4. In the circumstances, W.P.A. 26532 of 2025 is disposed of by directing the authorities of Bhatpara municipality to take appropriate and expedient steps against the deviations in the construction in question within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. 7.
