The said writ petition has been filed, inter alia, praying for a direction upon the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to give approval for renewal of the agreement of the petitioner in the post of Sishu Siksha Sahayika at Rajaram Danga Sishu Siksha Kendra under Asansol Municipal Corporation. 3. Having heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and without going into the merits of the case made out by the petitioner, I am of the view that the Director of Local Bodies should consider the petitioner’s representation appearing at page No. 63 of the writ petition which has been received by the Director of Local Bodies on 2nd June, 2026 in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within six weeks from the date of communication of this order.
