The petitioner is an accused in connection with Mahuwatand P.S. Case No.34 of 2025. The petitioner and another co-accused are alleged to have set fire in the shop of the informant causing a loss of Rs.70,000/-. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter has been compromised between the parties. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.10.2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the aforesaid submission, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Bermo at Tenughat in connection with Mahuatand P.S.
