Date :22.09.2026 2 Order (Per Court) 1. The Petitioner claims that because he belongs to the Mohammedan community, he has an interest in filing this PIL. 2. We find from the records placed before us that there are Private Respondents, whose names appear in the Land Records, Records of Rights under Khatian No.1149/1, 2842/1, 4317, 5833, 6076, 6077, 7319, 7320, 11831, 11901, 12784, 13107, 16564, 17533. 3.
