At present, the GST Appellate Tribunal is in existence and is working. He also submits that he has already filed a statutory appeal before such Tribunal which is subject matter of the instant writ petition. 3. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that in such circumstances, the petitioner is not willing to proceed with the instant writ application. 4. In such circumstances, WPA 29124 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
