The writ petition being WPA 27490 of 2025 is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 4, the Executive Engineer, Building, Borough – VII of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation to consider and dispose of the writ petition dated November 19, 2025 being Annexure P-1 to the writ petition upon granting an opportunity of hearing to the writ petitioner, the private respondents and all concerned within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. The respondent no. 4 shall communicate the reasoned order within a period of two weeks from the date of conclusion of hearing. 7. There will be no order as to costs. 8.
