By way of instant application, prayer has been made on behalf of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Jaisinghpur, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh for extension of time to comply with the order dated 05.03.2026 passed by this Court in Cr.MMO No.1311 of 2024, whereby this Court, while disposing of the petition, directed the Court below to conclude the trial expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks. Since Court below has been not able to conclude the trial within time stipulated by this Court, it has approached this Court in the instant proceedings for extension of time. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and further two months time, as prayed for, is granted to learned Court below to do the needful in terms of order dated 05.03.2026 passed by this Court in Cr.MMO No.1311 of 2024. Learned Additional Advocate General undertakes to render proper assistance to the learned Court below, enabling it to conclude the trial within stipulated time. Registry is directed to apprise the learned Court below with regard to passing of the instant order, enabling it to do the needful within stipulated time.
