The respondent filed O.A.No.8012 of 2001, which has been allowed quashing the impugned order therein with the direction to the respondents to consider the case of the applicant for further promotion as per his seniority, qualifications and eligibility with reference to any of his juniors promoted earlier with all consequential benefits. OA was allowed on 05.11.2001. Challenging the said orders, the respondents in the OA have filed the present writ petition. 2. The docket order shows that the application for grant of interim relief against the order of the Tribunal was rejected on 11.12.2006. 3. Sri Ch.Samson, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services – I appears for the petitioners and submits that he has oral instructions that pursuant to the order of the Tribunal applicant/respondent has been promoted by transfer. 4. None appears for the respondent. 5. Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
