After hearing learned counsel for the parties and also considering the reasons mentioned in the application, we are of the considered opinion that sufficient cause has been shown by the applicants for condoning the delay, accordingly, I.A. No.1 is allowed and the delay of 106 days in filing the instant MCC is condoned. 3. Also heard on application for restoration of FAM No.07 of 2024. 4. The applicants seeking restoration of FAM No.07 of 2024 which was dismissed for non-compliance of order of this Court dated 31.07.2025. 5. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the instant MCC is allowed and FAM No.07 of 2024 is restored to its original number for hearing and disposal in accordance with law.
