The present application has been filed with a prayer for correcting the Patta number recorded at paragraph no. 2 of the order dated 14.07.2025 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 520 of 2023. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the correct patta number of the agricultural land of the petitioner is patta No. “202/247” and not “202/298” it has been inadvertently recorded in the said order dated 14.07.2025. The learned counsel accordingly prays for correcting the said patta number appearing in the paragraph 2 of the said Lucy Gurum ayum Digitally signed by Lucy Gurumayum Date: 2026.05.30 11:11:06 +05'30' MC(WP(C)) No. 392 of 2026 Page 2 order dated 14.07.2025 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 520 of 2023. Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that he has no objection. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on closed examination of the copy of the Jamabandi annexed by the petitioner as Annexure-A/2 in the present application, this Court is of the considered view that the patta number appearing in the said Jamabandi has been wrongly recorded in paragraph 2 of the said order dated 14.07.2025 passed by this Court. Accordingly, it is hereby ordered that patta number of the agricultural land of the petitioner should read as “202/247” instead of “202/289”. With the aforesaid correction, the present application stands disposed of. JUDGE Lucy
