PATIL ORAL ORDER Sri.Fathima Naha, learned counsel for Sri.Tejas S.R., appearing for the petitioner submits that the writ petition be dismissed as having become infructuous. 2. Sri.Saji P. John, learned counsel for the respondent has filed a memo stating that the writ petition rendered infructuous. The said memo reads as under; "The respondent most humbly submits that the present petition has become infructuous has the present matter is connected with the trial court matter before the SCH20-V Addl. Judge, Court of Small Causes, Bengaluru in S.C.No.15129 of 2021, - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:15107 WP No. 8543 of 2022 whereas the Hon'ble trial court has disposed the matter out of court settlement via through compromise petition vide order dated 29.10.2024. The copy of the Trial Court decree is furnished as Annexure-1 and defendant / petitioner agreed that at clause No.(v) in trial court decree that the defendant / petitioner will withdraw the above writ petition. The said memo may be taken on record an din view of the above submissions the above writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous in the interest of justice and equity." 3.
