These bail applications have been filed by the accused petitioners u/S 483 BNSS in connection with FIR No. 508/2025 registered at Police Station Kishangarh Bas, District Khairthal- [2026:RJ-JP:15647] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-2664/2026] Tijara for offences punishable u/S 115(2), 126(2), 189(2), 333 of the BNS. 2. Heard and considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the accused petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor and also perused the challan-papers. 3. As per the contents of the FIR and so also the statements of the injured witness Puran, the allegation against the accused petitioner is of inflicting injury on the forearm by a wooden stick. None of the injuries attributed to the accused petitioner-Nihal and Bhikkharam @ Bhikkan has been opined to be dangerous to life. The only injury, which has been opined to be dangerous to life, has been attributed to co-accused-Dharamveer @ Deepu. 4. Learned counsel for the accused petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the bail application qua the accused petitioner No. 2-Dharamveer in bail application No. 2664/2026 at this stage. 5. Accordingly, the bail application qua the accused petitioner No. 2-Dharamveer in bail application No. 2664/2026 is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage. 6. Learned Public Prosecutor does not controvert this fact that the injuries attributed to the accused petitioner Nihal and Bhikkharam @ Bhikkan are not grievous in nature. The accused petitioners are in custody since 26.01.2026. 7. Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case so also the allegations against the accused petitioners and the nature of injuries attributed to them, this Court deems just and proper to enlarge the accused petitioners Nihal and Bhikkharam @ Bhikkan on bail. Accordingly, these bail applications are allowed qua the accused petitioners Nihal and Bhikkharam @ Bhikkan and it is directed that accused-petitioners shall be released on bail provided that they furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac Only)(each), together with two sureties in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) each to the satisfaction of the Trial Court with the stipulation that they shall appear before that Court or any Court to which the matter is transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so. 9.
