Heard both the sides. This bail application has been filed on behalf of Rampukar Rai who is in custody since 23.05.2025 in connection with Dhanwar (Ghorthamba O.P.) P.S. Case No. 107 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 318(2), 338, 336(2) and 340(2) of the BNS, 2023 and Sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of learned J.M. 1st Class, Giridih, is pressed into motion. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that offence under Arms Act will not be made out as no arms was seized from possession of the petitioner. The main allegation against this petitioner is that he had made available forged arms licence. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail. Under the circumstances, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
