JUDGMENT: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice D.Ramesh) The present appeal is filed by the appellant/wife against the orders dated 25.07.2025 in H.M.O.P.No.117 of 2023 on the file of the Court of the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kadiri.
2. The said H.M.O.P.No.117 of 2023 was filed by the husband under Section 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for grant of decree of divorce in his favour by dissolving the marriage solemnized between him and the appellant/wife on 14.08.2021. After considering the material and evidence on record, the Court below allowed the said O.P. by dissolving the marriage solemnized between the respondent/husband and the appellant/wife on 14.08.2021 by granting the decree of divorce.
3. While considering the grounds of appeal, on 08.10.2025, this Court has granted interim suspension of the order dated 25.07.2025 in H.M.O.P.No.117 of 2023 on the file of the Court of the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kadiri.

4. While pending the appeal, the matter has been referred to the Mediation Centre and both the parties have appeared before it and compromised the matter. As per the report of the Mediation Centre dated 20.04.2026, the matter was settled with the following terms:
“1. The 2nd party agreed to pay an amount of Rs.4,00,000/- by cash to the 1st party towards the life maintenance i.e., full and final settlement.
2. The 2nd party also agreed to pay an amount of Rs.30,000/- towards legal expenditure to the 1st party.
3. The 1st party agreed to withdraw C.M.A.No.683 of 2025 on the file of the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh.
4. Both parties agreed towards not filing any CMA case on each other in future.”
5. Based on the report of the Mediation Centre, this Court, by
order dated 18.06.2026, directed both the parties to appear before this Court on 29.06.2026. Today, both the parties appeared before this Court and the appellant agreed to withdraw the appeal in terms of the compromise recorded before the Mediation Centre.

Recording the consent of the appellant, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn by confirming the orders dated 25.07.2025 in H.M.O.P.No.117 of 2023 on the file of the Court of the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kadiri. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _______________________ JUSTICE D.RAMESH
