When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is observed from the docket sheet that on 24.06.2026, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter is posted to today under the caption ‘For Dismissal’. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. 3. Even on merits of the case, the Revision Petition is filed alleging that the claim of the petitioner was rejected in the year 2012. After such rejection, the parties as per their rights and entitlement have been continued in possession and enjoyment of the property more than one and half decade. 4. In view of the lapse of one and half decade, no further orders are necessary in this Revision Petition. 5. Accordingly, the present Civil Revision Petition is closed.
