CRL MP No. 10883 of 2026 __________ Page2 of 3 ORDER This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the Para No.1 of anticipatory bail petition that “the petitioner anticipates apprehension by the respondent police regarding the alleged commission of the offences pursuant to sections 296(B),115(2),131, 76, 324(4), 351(2) of BNS ,2023 r/w section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 1998 in crime No.18 of 2026” instead of “the petitioner anticipates apprehension by the respondent police regarding the alleged commission of the offences pursuant to sections 296(B), 115(2), 131, 76, 324(4), 351(2) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.18 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.2879/2026 dated 09.02.2026.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has no serious objection for the amendment.
3. Registry is directed to make necessary amendment in the petition in Crl.OP.No.2881 of 2026.
