1. The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS on behalf of accused-applicant. The accused-applicant was arrested in connection with FIR No.361/2024 registered at Police Station Kotkasim, District Khairthal Tijara for the offence(s) under Sections 420, 406 of IPC and against the order dated 24.02.2026 for the offences under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of IPC.

Learned counsel for the accused-applicant submitted that the applicant is a lady, aged about 45 years. It is submitted that she is in custody ever since 17.02.2026. It is submitted that in the previous FIR upon which present repetitive FIR is lodged bearing
[2026:RJ-JP:9758] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-3560/2026] No.43/2023, a compromise was entered inter-se the parties and on basis of the same, via SB Criminal Misc. Petition No.7183/2025 vide order dated 03.12.2025, the FIR (supra) was quashed. It is submitted that the applicant is ready to abide by the conditions, if imposed. It is also submitted that the matter is triable by First Class Magistrate.
3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the arguments advanced by the counsel for the parties, considering that the matter pertains to cross FIRs; that the parties have entered into a compromise; that the applicant is a lady aged 45 years of age; that she is in custody since 17.02.2026; that the matter is triable by Magistrate First Class, and looking to the overall facts and circumstances of the case and material on record but without commenting on merits/demerits of the case, this court is inclined to allow the bail application of the accused-applicant and enlarge her on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 of BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that accused-applicant Rajrani W/o Ravi Kumar Valmiki shall be enlarged on bail provided she furnishes a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned trial Judge for her appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and when called upon to do so.
