Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by order dated 25.09.2025 passed in A.B.A. No. 4395 of 2025 the petitioner was provided privilege of anticipatory bail however the petitioner could not surrender before the learned court within stipulated period as due to illness the petitioner was hospitalized. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the privilege of anticipatory bail was already provided to the petitioner inspite of that the petitioner has not surrendered. 4. Annexure-2 is medical prescription of the doctor which supports the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner as such further two weeks time from today is extended to surrender in the light of order dated 25.09.2025 passed in A.B.A. No. 4395 of 2025. 5. The order dated 25.09.2025 passed in A.B.A. No. 4395 of 2025 is modified to the above extent. Rest part of the order is kept intact. 6. This petition is disposed of.
