At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since there is an alternative remedy of filing an application before the Board of Revenue, Chhattisgarh and the petitioner has not yet availed the said remedy, the present petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the said authority in accordance with law. 2. The prayer is allowed. 3. Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the petitioner. It is further observed that the question of limitation may be considered by the concerned authority, taking into account the period during which the present petition remained pending before this Court. 4.
