Learned HCGP raises a preliminary objection that the order impugned is passed by the Deputy Tahsildar, Sompura Hobli, Nelamangala Taluk whereby the application - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:12830 WP No. 23702 of 2023 filed by respondent No.3 has been considered and the name of respondent No.3 is mutated and entered in the revenue records on the strength of succession. Therefore, the learned HCGP submits that such an order is appealable before the Assistant Commissioner under Section 136(2) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964. 3. Upholding the submission of the learned HCGP, the writ petition stands disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Assistant Commissioner.
