In view of the communication dated 28.04.2026, the mandate contained in CWP No.19849 of 2025, titled, Ram Singh vs. Himachal Road Transport Corporation and Ors, decided on 16.12.2025, has duly been complied with and nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is disposed of.
