Affidavit-of-service filed be kept with the record. 2. Vide the present writ application the petitioner herein prays for direction upon the learned ESI Court, Calcutta, to dispose of the Misc. Case No. 48 of 2026, which is a prayer for restoration of ESI Case No. 01 of 2019. It appears that after the Misc. Case for restoration of the ESI Case has been filed, the next date has been fixed in the month of February, 2027. 3. Considering that the petitioner now wants to avail the Amnesty Scheme, 2025 floated by the ESI Corporation which expires on 30th September, 2026, the petitioner will not be able to avail the Amnesty Scheme, 2025, if the matter is not heard earlier. 2 4. Considering the said facts, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the ESI Court shall pass necessary orders by preponing the date of Misc. Case which is a prayer for restoration to 28th September, 2026 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, keeping in mind that the petitioner intends to avail of the Amnesty Scheme, 2025. 5. The writ application stands disposed of. 6. Connected application, if any, stands disposed of. 7. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 8.
