Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that certain relevant documents could not be produced before the learned Trial Court so as to show that the petitioners had made effort to generate the income. Learned counsel submits that the impugned order may be set aside and the matter may be remanded back to the learned Trial Court for fresh decision in accordance with law. Learned counsel submits that the petitioners may be given opportunity to file fresh documents in accordance with law. 2. In view of the submissions made hereinabove, the present petition is disposed of by setting aside the impugned order and with a liberty to the petitioners to file fresh documents before the learned Trial Court. 2 3. Learned Trial Court shall decide the same in accordance with law after giving the parties an opportunity of being heard. 4. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and no expressions made herein shall tantamount to be an expression on the merits of the case. 5. Certified copies, if any, be retuned in accordance with law. 6. All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
