Considering the nature of accusations made and the gravity of allegations contained therein, this Court directs the petitioners to serve advance notice of the surrender petitions on the prosecution as well as on the third respondent. Thereafter, the petitioners are at liberty to file their surrender petitions along with the bail applications and the same shall be taken up, considered and orders be passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Special Court under SC & ST Act Atrocities Act at Perambalur, on merits on the same day of their surrender. 4.
