Since all these ABLAPLs relate to the same FIR, on the consent of the parties, they are taken up together for consideration and disposed of by this common order. 2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State. 3. The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G. R. Case No.1221 of 2025 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C. (Cog. Taking), Keonjhar, arising out of Daitari P.S. Case No.107 of 2025 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 303(2)/ 317(2)/ 109/ 111(3)/ 325/ 3(5) of BNS, 2023, r/w. Section 11(1)(d) of Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act, 1990 and section 7(1) of The Orissa Prevention of cow slaughter Act, 1980. 4. In course of hearing, it is submitted to the Court that some of the petitioners are having similar antecedents. The further submission is that this Court has allowed bail in respect of few other accused persons involved in the alleged incident. Hence, on the ground of parity, the Petitioners may be released on pre-arrest bail. 5. Perused the FIR at Annexure-1 and it reveals that cattle were being transported in three vehicles intercepted by the local police. 6. Recorded the objection of the State to the effect that some of the accused persons are having criminal antecedents. 7. The bail order dated 25.02.2026 in ABLAPL No.1072 of 2026 and other connected matters of the co-accused persons are on record. This Court finds that the names of some of the accused persons are named in the FIR. Considering the generality of allegation against all the accused persons and release of the co- accused persons in the ABLAPLs, this Court is of the view that the Petitioners should be directed to surrender before the court for being released on bail. 8. In the result, ABLAPLs stand disposed of directing that in the event, the Petitioners surrender before the court of learned J.M.F.C. (Cog. Taking), Keonjhar within a period of four weeks from today, they shall be released on bail in the case at hand on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin so as to ensure their presence during the trial. 9.
