Heard Mr. B.D. Das, the learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mrs. R. Deka, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant. Mr. M.R. Talukdar, the learned counsel appears on behalf of the writ petitioners.
2. This is an application filed by the applicant seeking to be arrayed as a respondent in the accompanying writ petition on the ground that it was at the instance of the applicant that the birth certificates issued to the writ petitioners on 15.11.2013 were cancelled by the respondent No. 4 in the accompanying writ petition.
3. It is the opinion of this Court that the applicant is a necessary party for the adjudication of the dispute. Accordingly, this Court impleads the applicant herein as the respondent No. 5 in the accompanying writ petition.
4. The learned counsel for the writ petitioners is directed to file a fresh Memo of Parties before the Registry of this Court within 7 (seven) days and the Registry on the basis of the instant
order as well as the fresh Memo of Parties shall make necessary

5. With the above, the Interlocutory Application stands
disposed of.
