The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 195 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2) and 96 of the BNS and Section 6 of the POCSO Act. 3. Considering the nature and gravity of the allegation, which is supported by the statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS, as well as, the medical report, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre- arrest bail. 4.
