Affidavit-of-service filed today be kept on record. 2. The learned Counsel for the Howrah Municipal Corporation submits a report in the form of affidavit. The affidavit discloses that there is construction of a boundary wall on the common passage having approximately height of 1 meter. 3. Since the construction of boundary wall is inside the common passage, the same is outside the purview of the municipal authorities and as such, the steps cannot be taken by the authorities of the Howrah Municipal Corporation. 4. In the circumstances, no order can be passed in the present writ petition. Page 2 5. Accordingly, W.P.A 26016 of 2025 is thus, disposed of. 6.
