Rs.10,00,000/- by way of cheque No.056563 dated 27-10-2026 drawn on Union Bank of India, Hennur Main Road Branch, Bangalore. c. Rs.6,40,000/- by way of cheque No.056564 dated 17-11-2026 drawn on Union Bank of India, Hennur Main Road Branch, Bangalore." 4. On inquiry and perusal of the records, it is noted that the settlement between parties is voluntary and lawful. 5. Hence, the joint memo is accepted. 6.
