6,51,652/- AND EXTRA TILL REALIZATION WITH INTEREST ON MATURITY PROCEEDS AS PER ANNX-C9 ENCLOSED.

CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In the writ petition, the petitioner has sought a writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.1 to consider the representations produced at Annexure-C series along with the claim applications at Annexures C4 to C8.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
3. Sri. Veeresh R. Budhihar, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 and 2/Competent Authority, submitted that the petitioner may be
directed to furnish the relevant documents as required under Section 7(2) of the Karnataka Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishments Act,
2004. He further submitted that if such documents are

furnished, the same shall be considered within four weeks.
4. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the petitioner is
directed to furnish the relevant documents as required under Section 7(2) of the said Act. If such documents are furnished within two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this
order, the same shall be considered by respondent No.1 3 the Competent Authority 3 within four weeks, thereafter. With this observation, the writ petition is
