Case No. 252 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 69, 324(4), 352, 351(2) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih, is pressed into motion. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that the victim girl is 23 years old and the allegation is that consensual physical relationship took place between both sides allegedly on a false promise of marriage. It is submitted that the matter has been amicably settled and a joint compromise petition has been filed before the learned trial Court, the copy of which is annexed herewith wherein the parties have agreed to solemnize their marriage. Learned A.P.P. opposed the bail petition. Under the circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
