3. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent no.4-District Supply Officer to act upon allotment of fair price shop made in favour of the petitioner and to ensure immediate supply of ration to his fair price shop, in accordance with law.
4. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that name of the petitioner was recommended by resolution of Gram Panchayat dated 13.11.2025 for allotment of fair price shop.
5. The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner on the premise that since his name is recommended for allotment, therefore, the ration should be supplied to the petitioner’s fair price shop.
6. The writ petition appears to be premature in nature and mere recommendation would not create any right in favour of the petitioner.
7. This Court only on the basis of a recommendation cannot direct the respondent- Authorities to supply ration to fair price shop of the petitioner.
8. Accordingly, no interference is required by
