This is an application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of bail to the accused petitioner, namely, Abdul Jalil, who has been arrested on 10.03.2026, 3. The petitioner herein, Abdul Jalil, is hereby seeking regular bail in connection with Murajhar P.S. Case No. 58/2017(G.R. Case No.526/2017) under Sections 120B/341/342/323/324/325/326/307/201 of IPC, which after completion of investigation is stated to be pending at the stage of appearance. 4. The scanned TCR has been received. Upon perusing the order dated 11.03.2026 passed by the learned S.D.J.M. Hojai and upon perusal of the charge-sheet, I find that after investigation, five accused persons were sent up for trial and except for the present accused petitioner, the other four accused petitioners are on bail. 5. It is submitted that the case has already been committed by the learned Court below. 6. In the given facts and circumstances, the petitioner herein is allowed to go on bail of Rs. 50,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned learned Court and subject to the following conditions:- (i) He shall be available for the trial, if one commences. (ii) He shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. (iii) He shall not intimidate or harass or harm any witnesses or try to influence them and he shall not intimidate or harass or harm the informant side. 7. In case of violation of bail conditions, the bail would be liable to be cancelled. 8. Accordingly, this bail application stands allowed and disposed of. 9. Send back the case diary.
